About these terms
These terms govern your use of the 42days website and the preliminary discussions you have with Woden SIA, registration No. 40103165646 and VAT No. LV40103165646. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you engage us for a project, a signed proposal, statement of work, or service agreement will also apply.
Using the website
You may use this website to learn about our services and arrange a conversation with us. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape it abusively, or use its content unlawfully.
The website is provided for general information. Examples, timelines, project visuals, and descriptions do not by themselves create a binding offer or guarantee for a particular project.
Project engagements
No service engagement begins until both parties accept a written proposal or agreement. That document defines the deliverables, assumptions, price, payment schedule, start date, acceptance process, and each party’s responsibilities.
The advertised 42-day format applies only where confirmed in the signed project agreement. Timing depends on timely access, feedback, approvals, content, and decisions from the client. Requested scope changes may require a written change to price, timing, or deliverables.
Fees, cancellation, and refunds
Project fees, taxes, invoice dates, cancellation rights, and any refund or result guarantee are governed exclusively by the signed project agreement. Website statements describing a guarantee are subject to the eligibility conditions, exclusions, client responsibilities, and remedy recorded in that agreement. Unless expressly agreed in writing, third-party software, infrastructure, model usage, transaction, and platform fees are paid by the client.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, decisions, approvals, content, and system access on time.
- Ensure you have the right to provide all materials, data, trademarks, and instructions supplied to us.
- Review deliverables promptly and identify material issues during the agreed review period.
- Use the delivered product lawfully and obtain any industry-specific legal, regulatory, or compliance advice it requires.
Intellectual property
Ownership and transfer of project deliverables are defined in the signed project agreement and normally take effect after all applicable invoices are paid. Pre-existing tools, reusable know-how, open-source software, fonts, libraries, and third-party materials remain subject to their existing ownership and licence terms.
The 42days name, visual identity, website design, and website content belong to Woden SIA or its licensors. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without written permission.
Confidentiality and data
Project confidentiality, security obligations, and any processing of personal data on a client’s behalf will be addressed in the applicable project agreement or data-processing agreement. Our handling of website visitors’ and prospective clients’ personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
The website and delivered products may rely on third-party services such as Cal.com, hosting platforms, payment providers, authentication services, APIs, and AI model providers. Their availability, terms, pricing, and conduct are outside our control. We are not responsible for third-party changes or outages, but project agreements may specify how we will respond to them.
Warranties and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Liability relating to paid services is governed by the signed project agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any mandatory consumer right that applies to you.
Governing law and contact
These website terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without prejudice to any mandatory protections available to consumers under applicable law. Disputes should first be raised with us in good faith; if unresolved, they will be handled by the competent courts unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@42days.eu. We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised version and updating the date above.
